At Sunny Eatery, we’re committed to providing valuable food-related content through our subscription plans. If you need to cancel your subscription or request a refund, here’s what you need to know.
You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account dashboard:
- Log in to your Sunny Eatery account.
- Navigate to the Subscription or Billing section.
- Select Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts.
After cancellation, you will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your subscription will not renew, and you will no longer be billed.
Refund Policy for Subscriptions
- No refunds for partial subscription periods: Since access is granted for the full billing period once payment is made, we generally do not offer refunds for unused time after cancellation.
- Exceptional cases: If you encounter technical issues preventing access to your subscription content, please contact our support team. We will review your case and may offer a prorated refund or credit if appropriate.
- Trial periods: If you signed up with a free trial, your credit card will only be charged once the trial period ends. You can cancel anytime during the trial to avoid being billed.
